Feasibility Study including Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) for upgrading of Kairakkum dam. The multipurpose
scheme for energy production and irrigation has a reservoir area of 513 km2 with a gross storage capacity of ca. 3,400 M m3. The dam consists of an earth and rock fill dam (length ca. 1,200 m) and a concrete dam (length ca. 130 m).
