The Austrian Development Agency and the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs are regulated in the matter of awarding contracts for construction
and delivery of services by EU and domestic regulations on tendering. hydrophil’s
team of legal and technical experts carried out 34 tenders for development projects
and assisted ADA in all aspects of public procurement. Improvement and standardisation
of tender processes guaranteed high quality of the procured services, even where
contracts that were difficult to define were awarded.
